Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ASAA("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Service
ASAA is an AI-assisted solution architecture tool that generates High-Level Design documents ("HLDs") from natural-language descriptions. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Outputs are generated by AI models and are intended as starting points for professional review — they do not constitute certified engineering, legal, security, or compliance advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business and professional use.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@getasaa.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal accessible from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no partial refunds.
If a payment fails we will attempt to retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension of your account until payment is resolved.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract training data from the Service.
- Submit inputs that contain personal data of third parties without their consent.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
- Attempt to circumvent session limits or authentication controls.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. The HLD outputs generated for you are yours to use for your business purposes. We retain ownership of the Service, its underlying models, patterns, and infrastructure. You may not reproduce or redistribute the Service itself.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
Outputs from the Service are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and obtaining professional advice before acting on any output. ASAA accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of AI generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASAA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
